Full Membership is open to individuals and congregations who are a part of the Evangelical Lutheran Church In Canada, Lutheran Church Canada, Church of the Lutheran Brethren Canada and North American Lutheran Church.
Associate Membership is open to individuals and congregations of other Christian denominations.
