Kinasao is a place set apart in God's creation, inviting all to experience God's love.

Our purpose as a Lutheran ministry is to proclaim the gospel of Christ by providing opportunities to discover, share, strengthen and renew the Christian faith within the natural setting of God's creation.

Chair: Lorne Ridgway                                      Vice Chair: Adri Booth

Secretary: Wayne Hyde                                      Treasurer: Shawn Follick

Tyler Calow, Shelley Froese, Scott Brown, Stephen Davis, Kim Johnson, Hans Graupe, Hugh Farmer

If you have any thought or questions that you would like directed to the Board, or if you are interested in serving on the Kinasao Board in the future, please contact the Chair via email at

Kinasao first hosted a one week family camp in the summer of 1940. Many facilities have been built in addition to the original log cabin, which now serves as the office. Kinasao has been developed to be a year round facility, and sees thousands of visitors each year through summer camps for kids and families, outdoor education programs for school, retreats for all ages throughout the year, as well as hosting rental groups throughout the year.  Although there have been many changes over the years,

Kinasao remains a place set apart in God's creation, inviting all to experience God's love.
