Tour-de-Kinasao: Each spring we hold our Annual run-walk-bike-a-thon called the Tour-de-Kinasao. At this event participants have the choice of running for 10km, walking 3, 5 or 10 km or biking 60 or 120 km. There is also a 10 km Kids Ride and childcare is provided for the younger children, so there is something for everyone on this weekend! Participants collect pledges in support of the work of Kinasao. Many volunteers are also needed to carry out this event.

The 2013 Tour-de-Kinasao will take place June 7-9, 2013. 

Celebration Auction: Each June we kick off our summer camp season with Celebration Weekend, a great event for all! During the weekend, we host the Annual Arts and Crafts live auction as well as an all-day Silent Auction. We accept handcrafted items and are always amazed at the talent and craftsmanship displayed at this event. This year we will be having a separate area for our handcrafted Silent Auction items and any used or novelty items. To drop off an auction item, please contact the camp office.

The 2013 Celebration Auction will take place on June 22, 2013.

Kinasao Loonie Boxes: This is a great way to support Kinasao all year long. Our Loonie Boxes are wooden “piggy banks” that you take home with you and display throughout the year and deposit loonies and toonies into. These boxes are then collected prior to Celebration Weekend, at which time the coins are given to Kinasao as a praise offering. Having the box in your home also encourages you to pray for the camp throughout the year as well as share about the camp to guests who come into your home and see the Loonie Box. Loonie boxes are available at the camp throughout the summer or by contacting the camp office.
