KINASAO FACILITY RENTAL RATES

Effective January 1, 2013

All rates include 5% GST.  Prices are subject to change.

ACCOMMODATION RATES:

Non‑refundable Deposit for facility rental only:                        $250.00

Non-refundable Deposit for facility and meal service:               $500.00

Day Use:  $375.00/day (no overnight guests)

Overnight Use: $15.00 per person per night

                               *Minimum Charge of $375/night from February to Oct

                                                               $100/night from November to January

                                                                 for Retreat Center Use Only of groups under 25 people

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

*Not all services are available year round

Hot Tub: $50.00 per day if not already used by campground (Wed & Sat nights)

Sauna: $50.00/group

Watercraft: (canoes, kayaks, etc.): $50/group w/paddles, lifejackets, throw bags

Challenge Course with Leader: $30.00/ hour   * subject to availability of staff

Pontoon Boat with driver: $30.00/hour   * subject to availability of staff

3 years & under free.

*For groups requiring meal services for less than 25 people, an additional $50/meal will be charged

Weekend is considered to be a period of Friday 4:00 p.m. to Sunday 2:00 p.m. from Jan-June and Sept-Dec.  During July and August, a weekend is from Friday 6:00 pm through Sunday 11:00 am.

All rates are subject to modification in special circumstances, at the discretion of the authority appointed by the Board of Directors.
