Membership in Kinasao Lutheran Bible Camp is open to both Lutheran Congregations and to Lutheran individuals as outlined below:

There shall be classes of membership as follows:
(a) Full membership in the society shall be open to:
- Lutheran congregations associated with ELCIC, LCC and Lutheran Brethren, and
- Individuals of legal voting age who are members of eligible Lutheran congregations.

(b) Associate membership in the Society shall be open to other individuals who are associated with
Christian congregations and who subscribe to the purpose, constitution and bylaws of the Society.
At all meetings of the Society, associate members shall have voice, but no vote. They shall not be
eligible for election to the Board, but may serve on committees.

Membership in Kinasao shall be open to any Lutheran congregation belonging to the Evangelical
Lutheran Church in Canada, the Lutheran Church-Canada or the Church of the Lutheran Brethren-
Canada, or to individuals of legal voting age who are members of eligible congregations, who agree to fully support Kinasao as a ministry directed by its mission statement, purpose and Statement of Faith.

Membership is acquired by submitting a written request for membership and is renewed annually
by making a written request or making a charitable donation to Kinasao. The membership roster at
December 31st of the given year shall be in force for the annual meeting held subsequent to the end of the year. The eligible voting members of Kinasao shall be those persons who have voting rights in a congregation that holds membership in Kinasao.

Associate Membership in Kinasao shall be open to individuals who are associated with Christian
congregations and who subscribe to the purpose, constitution and bylaws of Kinasao and who agree to fully support Kinasao as a ministry directed by its mission statement, purpose and Statement of Faith.

Associate Membership is acquired and maintained in the same manner as provided for congregations. Associate Members may have voice but no vote at the Annual General Meetings and are eligible to serve on camp committees, but not on the Board of Directors. Associate Members shall be eligible to hold leases from Kinasao.
